Most small padlocks are designed for internal use and corrode when used outside. After an extensive search we found this high quality unit, which works perfectly to secure the lid shut for our range of IP66 rated outside sockets.
Specification:
- Manufactured from Titalium™, an aluminium alloy which is lightweight and resistant to corrosion.
- Hardened, saw proof steel shackle with Nano Protect™ coating for increased corrosion resistance.
- Each lock is supplied with two keys.
- Please note that the padlock is sized to fit the socket lock - it is not large enough to secure around a cable.
