Returns and Refunds
All items are fully tested prior to dispatch. In the case of an apparent issue, please follow our guide in the first instance and then contact us. We will do our best to swiftly resolve the issue.
If an item is faulty (we've not yet had one, but just in case!) or the wrong item has been supplied, we will pay for the return postage and a full refund including the original postage will be provided.
For all other reasons the buyer is responsible for the cost of postage and a refund will be provided, excluding the cost of the initial postage.
With the exception of faulty items, all returns must be in perfect condition, as they were supplied. Where an item is returned with damage to any component (e.g. the socket enclosure is scratched), the cost of any replacement components required will be deducted from the refund.
Items that are not listed on the website (e.g. are custom made to order) or orders of over 50 items will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
